Employee X agents operate using your business configuration (company name, service area, contact preferences) to search publicly available data sources and perform outreach on your behalf. The agents do not access, store, or transmit your private email credentials or internal systems beyond what you explicitly authorize during setup. All outreach sent by Hunter Outreach is sent from your connected email account using credentials you authorize.

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform, including Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic (Claude) for AI capabilities, and standard analytics tools. Each provider maintains their own privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and business configuration data for as long as your subscription or license is active, and for a reasonable period after to fulfill any support or refund obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
